2. Overview

This website is deliberately built to be data-minimising. No tracking cookies are set, no analytics tools are loaded and no fonts are loaded from external servers (the fonts are self-hosted). Only technically necessary data and the details you send me yourself are processed.

3. Hosting and delivery

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you call up a page, the host processes technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested address, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the page and secure operation.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and reliable provision of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the host.

4. Encryption

The website is delivered over HTTPS (TLS). Data you send, for example via the contact form, cannot be read by third parties in transit.

5. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, I process your name, email address, your indication of interest and your message. The transmission is by email to my inbox. I use the data exclusively to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry aims at a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I delete the enquiry as soon as it is completed; if a contract results from it, the statutory retention periods under commercial and tax law apply.

6. Contact by email

If you write me an email, I process your address and its content in order to reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. If services requiring consent are added in future, I will ask for it beforehand via a consent banner.

8. External content

No third-party content (e.g. maps, videos, fonts) is loaded automatically. References to external pages are simple links; data is only sent to the respective providers once you click the link.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
